How it works

Built around the CJA‑20 worksheet you already file, with the standard in‑court (15a–15h) and out‑of‑court (16a–16e) categories.

Snap a photo at the courthouse or scan the sheet at your desk. Multi‑entry pages are read top to bottom.

Step two

Review the ledger

Every date, time value, and category is editable. Ambiguous entries and expense lines are flagged, never silently guessed.

Step three

Download & import

Download the CSV, then open your CJA‑20 voucher in eVoucher. Under Actions on the left panel, click "Import Service Entries (.csv)" and upload the file. Add your expenses and get paid.

In your CJA‑20 voucher, look for the Actions section in the left panel. Click "Import Service Entries (.csv)" and select the file you downloaded from PanelTime. Your time entries will populate automatically.

Your first conversion is free — just enter your email. After that, a monthly subscription billed through PayPal covers unlimited conversions. Cancel any time from your account page. Your timesheets are processed at conversion time and are not stored by PanelTime.

Pricing and plan options are subject to change. Subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

Payments not yet configured. To accept live subscriptions, deploy this site to your own domain and: (1) create a PayPal Business account, (2) create a subscription Plan in the PayPal dashboard, (3) replace YOUR_PAYPAL_CLIENT_ID and YOUR_PLAN_ID in the page source, and (4) verify subscriptions server‑side via PayPal webhooks before unlocking conversions.
